The Resolution of the Council.
I. To endorse the following working commissions:
1. The part of universities and research organizations in processes of innovations and commercialization.
2. Assistance to creation and development of the innovative high technology companies of small business sector.
3. Questions of intellectual property, its implementation and ownership.
4. Assistance to expansion of investment opportunities.
II. To form the commissions consisting of eight people: from each party one co-chairman and three members of the commission.
III. To form The Secretariat of the Council (two representatives from each side)
from Russia: A.V. Suvorinov, A.A. Orekhov (the Minister of Russian Embassy in the USA).
IV. To hold next meeting of the Council in the USA (ends of January - the beginnings of February, 2006).
